HLMS EXPLOREHUNT 2007 (POST EVENT)

The HLMS EXPLOREHUNT was a success. Thanks to the organising Chairman Dr. Gopal Nair and his team for an event similar to the Explore Race Hunt in AXN Channel. Even though we were short of 1 team, we went on with 19 teams. Below are the 19 teams:

Registration started at 8.00 am at MPKj Hall car park. All participants received their car sticker and drinking water. Briefing by Dr. Gopal Nair took place at 8.45am and the Hunt began at 9.00 am. The Hunt ended at ESSET cafetaria at 1.30 pm. The grand finale was the prize giving and followed by a buffet lunch.

The winner of HLMS Explorehunt 2007 was team XXX and they received RM 300 followed by team Rising Sun as 1st Runner Up with a prize money of RM 200 and the 2nd Runner Up was Team Tasmanian Devils with a prize money of RM 100.

The task for HLMS EXPLORE HUNT 2007:


STATION 1: TAMAN TASIK CEMPAKA, BANGI
Team must look out for 4 coloured tags hidden around the lake garden before they proceed with a 3 legged walk on a reflexology place. The next clue will be given upon completing the Reflexology task.

STATION 2: FOOD COURT, OPPORSITE D'TASIK RESTAURANT (NEAR RESIDENCE HOTEL, UNITEN)
Task 1. Pick up (using the tip of fingers) a grain of Red Rice from a bowl full of white rice - Blindfold. The other members can help the person by giving instruction only.

Task 2. Clean 1/2 Kg of Anchovies (Ikan Bilis). Once completed the next clue will be given.

STATION 3: TAMAN PUTRA PERDANA, PUTRAJAYA
Complete the Jigsaw Puzzle given for the next clue

STATION 4: CAFETERIA ESSET (EPF Social Security Training Institute) SG TANGKAS, KAJANG
A set of 20 numbers will be shown to the team for 1 minute. Only 1 member will come forward and say all the numbers in correct order. If failed, another 1 minute will be given until they get all the numbers in right order. Once they complete this task, they will run to the Pit Stop
